Review of Burnt (2015) by Ted W — 15 Jan 2018

It's a shame this movie isn't better. It has the elements of a fun night out with your significant other. There are attractive actors, love of food, redemption, love, humor. There just isn't anything to tie all these threads together.

And, for the most part, nobody seems to give two hoots about the other person in the same frame. Where they really missed the boat is the food. This is a food movie, but we really get to see very little preparation or those scenes that make us salivate.
