Burnt has a pretty solid first half, but falls apart in the latter half. The second half attempts to juggle comedy, drama, and romance, and fails to do so. Big name stars are completely wasted, some only given one lazy scene.
As a whole, "Burnt" is a poorly written mess of a film that wasted its great potential across the board.
