Review of Burnt (2015) by Alice I — 31 Oct 2015

I was about to skip this movie for the reason that the critic reviews were not so good. Well, I am glad I went to see it. I am a foodie and really enjoyed this movie. The acting, the script, the story - very realistic, not to mention that the cinematography was fantastic - great food closeups.

If you are looking for a heavy themed movie that will be an Oscar winner, then this is not the movie. If you want to be entertained, then don't skip this one - I felt it was definitely worth the money and time.

I always follow the critics' recommendations most of the time- boy I'm glad I ignored them this time - and I think you will be, too.
