Review of Burnt (2015) by Scott P — 02 Nov 2015
A fine character study of a man whose life circled the drain but who redeems himself, manages addiction, and overcomes ego, anger, and ambition to achieve greatness by leading others to it with him. And a harrowing look at what it takes to live the life of a competitive culinary artist, committing ones whole life and aspiration to achieving excellence, and respect for the profession.
The critics who slam this film just don't and cannot understand it.
