Review of Burnt (2015) by Tara S — 06 Nov 2015

Oh how I was hoping for so much more out of Bradley Cooper and his movie Burnt. There was something lacking from this flick, much like what is sometimes lacking from a good meal. Cooper is so good at the funny lines and quick comebacks, but most of the time they fall short and incomplete here.

There's a neat twist in this one that keeps it interesting, and some of the camera shots and edit cuts are cool. However, the script to me falls short of the 'third star' that Cooper's character is aiming for here, and that makes Burnt and incomplete meal.
