Man, the Coen Brothers sure make some screwed up movies. Burn After Reading manages to simultaneously be both a riot and retarded, truly quite a feat. The biggest surprise for me was the quality of the acting.
I've never been the biggest fan of John Malkovich, but he was freaking HILARIOUS in this film! Even co-actors such as Frances McDormand and Brad Pitt deliver the goods here; it's truly impressive.
But man the plot was stupid - the writing certainly could have been better in my opinion. BAR probably isn't for everyone, but if you enjoy hilarious retarded movies, give it a look!
