Review of Burn After Reading (2008) by Cole M — 19 May 2012
Firstly this was an epic script. The story started to fold out so brilliantly towards the end. The problem is one Frances McDormand, who plays one of the most annoying characters ever. Pitt however steals the show.
The rest of the cast is also brilliant. The story however just seems to hang rather disappointingly when it ends. There were too many loose ends that needed to be resolved and ultimately the film seems to have felt pointless.
Cool soundtrack.
