What the fuck is Stanley Tucci doing in this stinker? Regardless, he is still great and does what he can to elevate this turd. I don't think I've ever seen a movie that tried to cover so much time and information through musical montages.

Burlesque feels like it's trying to go for Chicago but falls closer to Showgirls and is unfortunately not as entertaining as either. Kristen Bell is also better than this. But Christina Aguilera looks great though, so this was obviously filmed before season two of The Voice.

And what a stupid way to try and sneak in a song for Cher!
