Buried.
The potential and enthusiasm of the premise wears off within its first few minutes after which the audience finds itself waiting for the closure of this overlong 95 minutes of journey. An urge to create a high pitched dramatic sequence comes off as another mumbo-jumbo trick to distract the audience that is questionable rather than entertaining. The execution by Rodrigo Cortez is decent at some point and utterly loose and non-professional on other sequences. All the work on performance objective is carried off by Ryan Reynolds and he holds on to his part convincingly and carries it off all on his shoulder. Buried is a misguided feature which derails quite early than one would expect after which its only big gun was the secret that the makers were hiding up their sleeve which unfortunately is visible far before it even hits the screen.
