Review of Buried (2010) by Rastapasta — 09 Oct 2012
It's rare to find a film that takes chances. Everyone wants to play it safe. But taking risks may result in being something completely new, something no one else will be able to measure for quite a bit. Buried does just that and succeeds.
Directed with a page out of **** Buried is a slow and subtle burn, gaining slow, painful momentum as the end draws ever nearer. The plot does not disappoint. Do yourself a favor; watch this film and become engrossed in the reality and claustrophobia of being buried.
