Review of Buried (2010) by Kendall I — 01 Oct 2012
My mind has been blown again. Buried is one of the top thrillers I've seen and will always be. Ryan Reynolds acting is esquisite; I could feel his losses and anger from the beginning to end. The plot and all of its twists are unpredictable and thrill while being uncliched.
I also appreciate how this is a somewhat low-budget film. 8 actors,a snake,sand,a few items,and a box. That's it. It's brilliant. This films 2 emotions it stirs up enough for everyone to feel is terror and sadness.
Its only flaw is its ending. It would piss anyone off! Overall,a great psychological thriller.
