Review of Buried (2010) by Ameen K — 19 Mar 2015
Wow. That was a thrill ride. This movie takes place entirely in a coffin under ground, so you feel like you're trapped with Ryan Reynolds. This movie is going to make a lot of people feel claustrophobic, it sure as hell made me. I liked this movie, it was slow at times and it doesn't have a rewatch value but it does have some pretty good thrills. If you're a fan of movies that take place in one setting, you'll like this. It's not for the faint of heart though. A couple times, I felt like I had to get up and walk out of the theater to go to the bathroom because I was feeling so tight and claustrophobic.
Buried: 3/5 stars.
