Review of Buried (2010) by Dilip S — 11 May 2012

Very unique movie. I can't remember seeing any other movie with only one character and one setting, but I'm sure it's been done before. The story was pretty good and the minimalism of the movie worked really well.

It didn't even have to go into flashbacks or any hallucinations while he was buried. The ending wasn't shocking, but it ended on a strong note. This movie took some good twists and turns, and it was nice seeing the story unfold through just the coffin.

Ryan Reynolds was actually very good, and I was a little surprised to see him act so well. No idea he had it in him. Check this movie out.
