Review of Bunraku (2010) by Rob V — 17 Jan 2012

Not sure what it was but while I watched the whole movie, it was over 6 sessions as after 15 mins or so, it would put me to sleep. Not sure if it was the unfinished storyboard look or dead flat monologue... I mean, I really wanted to like this movie and there were times it looks very promising but...16% on RT? Yea - I can see it.

I can also see the fan perspective on wanting to like it so much but when it comes down to it, the whole thing felt like a play and one still a few weeks away from opening night.
