Review of Bunraku (2010) by Zachariah O — 27 Jan 2012
The plot could have been tightened up and not so long, but on the whole I had fun watching it. I wasn't expecting much and I just enjoyed the visuals and stayed open to the story. The acting wasn't going to win any oscars, but they weren't bad, and entertained.
And for Gackt's English language film debut, I thought he was pretty darned good.
