Review of Bunny Lake Is Missing (1965) by Randall C — 09 Jul 2008
Gripping and creepy, with excellent direction and camerawork by Preminger. He creates tremendous unease throughout. That said, the film does go off the deep end once the "solution" to the mystery is revealed.
While somewhat entertaining in its own way, the end is much more campy and over the top than the subtle set-up that has come before it.
