Uh, it's called CHARACTER, not "heart." Goofy reviewers never read a book about writing screenplays or stories in their life. Most garbage movies nowadays are story driven, 3 act lame BS.
Character driven stories are driven by how a character acts, their flaws, and their growth. That's what usually makes a better than average movie.
