This is a great throw back old Spielberg like movies. If you like E.T. then you'll get into this movie. Great relationships between characters, nice throw back to Gen 1, and awesome 80s music. This movie relies on nastalgia for those who grew up with the times, for those who didn't hopefully they'll get that feeling like we did from movies like this in the 80s.
It was also good to see a sci-fi movie with some depth written by a female. Very well done with the mix of c.g. and animitronics. I enjoyed this movie a lot. Travis Knight another job well done.
