Review of Bully (2001) by Chad M — 22 Aug 2007
Interesting albeit mediocre film that holds your attention. The casting is strained, and it's difficult to say whether the actors are incredible at playing nonchalant, apathetic teenagers, or if they just suck as actors.
After seeing this one and "Havoc" I'm going to go out on a limb and say Bijou Phillips has the Anti-Midas touch, in that everything she touches becomes flushable. This may be based on a true story, but Court TV is more entertaining.
Also, it should be pointed out that director Larry Clark is a pervert. I'll be generous and give this one a D.
