Review of Bully (2001) by Zach B — 16 Feb 2012
I can't stop thinking about this movie!! Although very flawed in places and lacking great film making appeal it is a great and deeply disturbing movie. I thought the same about Clark's other blockbuster "KIDS" but this one just seemed to stick to me.
The movie really gives you the feeling of being in the early 90's Florida-suburbs beach bum setting with 20 year olds that have an underlying viscous personality. An Extremely f***ed up movie, don't expect to walk away from this one with a sense of relief or a satisfying happy ending.
Oh and did I mention this is based very closely to a true story!!
