Review of Bullitt (1968) by Betty G — 28 Jun 2008
There are a couple of things I really enjoyed about this film.
The first was the extremely sparse dialog - I found it quirky and intersting.
Secondly, and most importantly - the car chase! After having watched that goofy car chase in the last "Die Hard" movie and thinking "special effect, special effect, defies the laws of physics, special effect" it was awesome to see this REAL car action with out the use of a stunt driver.
Did I forget to mention that Steve McQueen is DEAD SEXY?!
