Review of Bullitt (1968) by Wesley G — 13 Jun 2009
If my memory serves me right, one of the first true action films, with Steve McQueen at the wheel (literally, behind a green Mustang). Excellent storytelling as we follow Bullitt through his methods of police business, which are mildly breaking the rules and not full-out breaking them for personal gain or reward.
Just to get the job done, and only issuing the necessary amount of justice.
