While the pacing was a tad slow, overall this was definitely a classic movie. The car chase sequence was great, and I enjoyed McQueen's performance as well. Also, there were some visually pleasing shots that made me stop and enjoy the cinematography.
Also, it's awesome to watch Bullitt and know that Michael Mann likes this movie (seen in some of his shots used in Heat).
