Review of Bullets Over Broadway (1994) by Tim C — 20 Oct 2007
This is the first Woody Allen film I have seen in which Woody Allen isn't in it himself, although John Cusack channels him perfectly. Again, Dianne Wiest shines out as the comical, eccentric Helen Sinclair, who reeks of WASPy gaudy Republican( which led her to her second Oscar).
Funny, nostalgic film. Rent it if you feel you need to flap.
