An old-fashioned sprawl of cool cars, heavy weaponry, chain-link fences and cackling crooks. The fights are worth the price of admission, but as a movie it just doesn't get up there with Sly's other recent endeavors.
Hell, Stallone even has a perky daughter and she was probably better than anyone else in the movie.
