Never released on DVD (wish they would!), this is the tale of two rival gangs during the prohibition period... the gangs have cream puff guns, and peddle carts for cars, and did I mention they are kids!.
The music from this movie (Paul Williams) is outstanding and will stay with you as long as you can remeber. And has a very young Scott Baio and Jodi Foster as the lead characters. If you find this on video, grab the kids and popcorn and have a good time with this flick!
