Review of Bugsy Malone (1976) by Onomatopoeia M — 22 Jun 2009
It is time for the great confession.
I have an great cruch on ms. jodie foster and it started here. more coincidently I stumbled about this still original movie when I was a kid and it also started my interest for gangster movies.
The idea to make an movie from this genre with kids and cookie guns and songs is still unique and unreached. we just have thank the stupid greedy producers of hollywood, that there not lapsed to the idea for an stupid recycling like they did with other original ideas, like vanilla sky or nikita.
You can really see the fun of the actors while making the film, so it is actually much more fun for the viewer itself to follow the story.
It all culminates in a great fancy cake battle wich is an deserved finale and shows that its all just fun.
