Review of Bug (2002) by T.j. E — 04 Nov 2008

Fascinating, claustrophobic portrait of paranoia, minimalist plot but there is much more to read from the backstory of the characters than is presented on the surface - judd and shannon throw themselves fully into their roles, and as insane as their characters are, their particular pathologies fit them perfectly, and their progression throughout the film is eerily enthralling.
