Review of Buffy the Vampire Slayer (1992) by Baurushan J — 25 Feb 2012
Buffy still remains a horror classic TV show created by Joss Whedon and making that into a film remains one of my favourite vampire movies of all time. If you've seen the classic TV show, you should like this film.
The story is about Buffy who is a cheerleader for the school and one day he is picked up an old man who believes she is the chosen one to fight the creatures of the night. Buffy is trained and becomes the Vampire Slayer.
Seeing Kristy Swanson kick creature of the night ass with just a wooden stake in the heart was brilliantly clever. The vampires didn't look that scary but at least they kept faithful to it's creepiness.
I like this movie and I give this film a solid 8.5/10.
