There's some great talent in front of and bend the camera here with William A. Wellman directing Joel McCrea (as Buffalo Bill) Maureen O'Hara, Linda Darnell, Anthony Quinn and Edgar Buchanan, which made me think this film would be better.
Still, this romanticized and not exactly historically accurate version of Buffalo Bill Cody's life entertaining enough and certainly worth watching for western fans.
