I'd wanted to see this movie for at least four years before I actually did, and kept a screenshot from the movie I'd cut out of the newspaper taped up in my locker all through middle school. The picture was of Billy and Layla kissing on the bed in the hotel room, and I thought it was the most romantic shot from a movie I'd ever seen.

Now I've seen it 50 times over, it's my 2nd favorite movie of all time.
