Review of Buffalo '66 (1998) by Aj H — 10 Apr 2012
One of my all-time favorite films. For all of you misfits out there, this piece is for you. The main character is irritating and psychotic, but totally relatable in his desperation and lack of hope. Each and every character in this film has been solidified by quirks and mannerisms, which I'm sure is the result of of Gallo's obsession with details.
This strange, off-kilter love story wouldn't be called a feel-good movie, but it makes me feel good nonetheless and I don't think I'll ever tire of watching it.
