Review of Buffalo '66 (1998) by Robert I — 23 Nov 2007
As a writer/director/actor, he is one of the most sensitive and compassionate film makers of all time. He has insights into pain, alienation, obscurity and family dysfunction which very few could express in such clear and sympathetic terms.
This one is much less heavy than 'the Brown Bunny'. The soundtrack is great.
