I've been to Cuba and have seen some less well known members of the Buena Vista Social Club playing live - so I felt I had to watch this documentary. I loved seeing the musicians jamming and recording together and hearing about their lives. But I found the Cooders a tad aloof and pretentious as they drove along the Malecon and through Havana in their motorbike/sidecar.
Still loving Compay, Ibrahim and co tho!
