Although Bucky Larson: Born to be a Star is sometimes stupid, and, a bit annoying, when it tries to be funny it succeeds. Swardson is genius as Bucky Larson, and Christina Ricci is great as Kathy as well, but the best and funniest star of the film was Kevin Nealon as Gary. Nealons character is absolutely hilarious and has the funniest lines of the movie! Sure, the plot may be weird and stupid, and the script isn't that great, but it's very enjoyable to watch.
