If you removed everything that was remotely cool or interesting about Battlestar Galactica you would end up with something very much like Buck Rogers. Crank up the cheesecake factor to 11, hire a third rate Lee Majors as the lead and saddle him with the most cringe inducing robot sidekick in the history of film and you'd have it.
