Review of Buck Rogers in the 25th Century (1979) by Wes S — 01 Feb 2015
As a pilot to a television series, it sets up everything nicely and leads you to a interesting world with fun characters. As a stand-alone movie though, it's thinly paced and feels shorthanded with the plot.
One can still admire the film's sci-fi antics and campy effects, but it works best to start off the series.
