Holy dear god. I doubt I even need to recommend this one, because you'll already know if you like it or not. Two words: Bruce Campbell. I thought he was the essential example of campiness in the Evil Dead movies, but here he's outright surprising, putting in a great performance.
The plot is utterly ridiculous, and the hilarious thing is how dead serious the movie takes itself, never cracking a smile or letting on how absurd it is.
