Odd and over-the-top...obviously those responsible for creating this movie have a pretty wild imagination, which I do applaud. However, it seems to me the idea may have sounded better in one's head than when actually trying to make a movie out of it.
"Bubba Ho-Tep" has some funny dialogue that you'll enjoy quoting, and even some unexpectedly touching moments. Other than that, most of it is just too uncanny and silly. I guess that's enough to make it worthy of its cult following.
..personally, the film tested my patience and lost it far too often.
