I really don't mind if movies "based on a true story" actually stick with the facts if they're entertaining. This film however was not entertaining, poorly made and also did not stick with the facts of the BTK case.
The film only gets one star from me for the presence of Kane "Friday the 13th" Hodder, which the horror geek in my was somewhat entertained by.
