Review of Brüno (2009) by Tim W — 15 May 2011
Although not as subtle as Borat, overall Bruno is funnier than it's mankini wearing predecessor. The fearless Sacha Baron Cohen sets his sites upon the ludicrious and empty fashion world, and proceeds to parody and ridicule it.
Cohen uses exaggerated characters as if he is holding up a mirror to people and exposing their faults and weaknesses.
