No real deep characterization in this film, and the director couldn't decide on a plot line. Pretty much a mundane action flick that had potential and didn't deliver. Nice costuming, and cinemetography, though.
I was expecting so much more from the high ratings. Very slow, and really long.....and I thought that the CGI effects with the beast were laughable.
