Review of Brother Bear (2003) by Clayton R — 22 Apr 2012
This movie has a very unique story to tell, but I was very unimpressed by the music. When it comes to Disney movies, music is an essential key to a successful movie. It is hard to believe that Joaquin Phoenix is part of this because it seems like it could have been done with a group of nobodies and been just as good.
I also don't remember the advertising for this being very big? The movie is of course worth watching, but if you don't want to own it, you would not miss out on much. Perhaps, you could find this one for under $5 and be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Check it out if you like Disney, but if you are looking to really satisfy your viewing needs, maybe this is not the movie for you.
