This movie is as well-written, acted and funny as any of the classic rom-coms of the past thirty years. Moreover, the two main protagonists are truly 3-dimensional characters who do not fall into a single category of gay men.
Yes, there are gay sex scenes, but that should not come as a surprise to viewers given that this an R-rated rom-com with two male leads. None of these scenes are gratuitous, and all are either laugh-out-loud funny or move the story forward .
. . or both.
