Great cast, good story... kinda reminds of Crash how everything comes together in the end. Loved Wesley Snipes... I spend most of my days in East New York, and I can attest that it's gritty out here just like the film depiction in this side of BK.
Although, I can't say to what extent cops are desperate or crooked like Sal out here. Good acting and plot twists earn a solid 4/5 from me.
