Review of Brooklyn's Finest (2010) by David S — 23 Jul 2011
A morally ambiguous film that tries to show the wrong get there desserts in the end. The beginning story that gets told comes true oh how we love circular narrative. The film builds and builds and is a little patchy in parts and just comes off as a poor mans The Departed.
Fuqua is better than this and he knows it. Below average thriller in my opinion.
