Review of Brooklyn (2015) by Jim L — 21 Feb 2016

Such a great film about relationships and family. The movie is shot with a full view but has a very subtle tone to the story. It has some parts that are overly dramatic and some that drag on at parts, but overall it is a great movie for anyone over the age of 18.

The acting is brilliant and the film work is even more amaing. The characters in the film are perfectly dramatic but with some humor, but not too much to over play the story. I think the story is written in a way that tells a beautiful tale while not being too much.

I think Saoirse Ronan does a brilliant job in this film and should win at least one award for such an amazing job at acting the part.
