Review of Broken Flowers (2005) by Mirko B — 13 Sep 2008
Oh, Jimmy. You always put a smile on my face. Even when it's not your actual intention, like with this "oh-it's-Bill-Murray-all-over-again" charming little vehicle. Murray can't do a bad job even if he wanted to.
And quirky charismatics like Chloe Sevigny is always nice to see. This is an another chapter in the seemingly endless history of road films. But it's refreshingly different, almost Proustian in Don's intention to revive his own past.
