Review of Broken Flowers (2005) by Committed 2 M — 05 Mar 2009
Wow. Long time since I've seen a movie I disliked this much. I'm still not sure I get the point. There was ZERO resolution at the end which makes me question what the f*cking point of this movie is supposed to be?
If the point of this was to write and execute scenes that would be so uncomfortable to watch as to cause sphincter pucker, well, touché! That part was SPOT ON!
I can't help but wonder what the damn writer was high on and did he share it with producers, directors and actors to get them all onboard with this steaming piece of sh*t?
There was a time I loved Bill Murray but how far hath he fallen and exactly how drug addled are the remains of his brain?
The only thing that redeemed even a tiny portion of this was the neighbor, Winston. He was the closest thing there was to normal in the entire 95 mintes!
