Review of Broken Flowers (2005) by Graham C — 20 Jul 2009
Don Winston (Bill Murray) finds himself trapped in his own life, he is newly a single man and he is bored of his DonJuan persona. Then he recieves a letter from an old girlfriend wich he doesn´t remember claiming that he has a son, and that the 19yearold may be looking for his dad. At first he gives a shit about the letter thinking its a prank. Motivated by his friend (Jeffrey Wright), he embarks on a journey to find out the truth, not knowing that he might find redeeming hinself.
Broken Flowers is a slow enjoyable movie! It is fun to watch Murray play the midaged careless again (as in Lost In Tranlation) and it is sexy to watch all the wonderful HOT female cast, specially Jessica Lange, OMG she is to freaking HOT!!!
